It is typically recommended by Paradise Green Clean to give extra time to get all the areas that have been missed over time. Thereafter, most customers switch to recurring regular cleans.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning—many of our clients prefer to schedule cleanings while they’re at work or running errands. If you’re comfortable, you can provide us with a key, door code, or other entry instructions.

However, if you’d rather be home, that’s perfectly fine too! Our team will work efficiently and respectfully while you go about your day.

Booking your cleaning is quick and easy! You can schedule a cleaning in any of the following ways:

📧 Email: Send us an email with your details, and we’ll get back to you with availability.

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and reminders before your appointment.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We understand that schedules can change! If you need to reschedule, simply contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you.

✔️ Last-minute changes? We’ll do our best to accommodate, but availability may vary.
✔️ Recurring clients: If you need to skip a cleaning, let us know ASAP to avoid service interruptions.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

🚨 Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee to compensate our cleaners for lost time.
🚨 Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cleaning fee.

Can I get same day service?

Same day cleanings are not guaranteed as all cleanings are done by appointments only. But, we may often meet this requirement depending on the day. There is a $50 if we decide to move forward with the cleaning.
